The Mens Health Experts needs YOU

The feedback we received in class last week was really helpful.  We decided that we need more time to plan our flash mob, fix the posters, and add stuff to a website. So we changed the date and location of our flash mob from this weekend (April 14th) to April 21st.  We’ve moved the location from Union Square to Washington Square Park.

This past week we’ve created a more comprehensive website.  Let us know what you think we can add.

We’ve been tweeting please follow us, and re-tweet our posts.  First person to re-tweet gets a puppy.

We’ve re-designed the poster and are going to put it everywhere as soon as we can finalize some details.

We’ve also been in touch with student services and they can include the details of our “march” in an all student e-blast that reaches about 3,000 people.

We created a press release; once this is finalized we are going to reach out to the New School Feminist Collective and will ask them if they would like to partner with our group.

Video We did some “Man on the street” interviews last Thursday.  We are going to edit this video and our unusual birth control methods this Thursday.

Additionally, we came across NOW (National Organization of Women) NYC’s campaign to advocate for birth control. We plan to gather signatures for their petition at our event and possibly seek their support in publicizing our event
